Return to Jancita Eagle Deer page Jancita Eagle Deer Polygraph regarding alleged rape by Janklow and if he threatened to kill her
Question: Did Janklow threaten to harm you with a gun if you continued to resist him?
Question: Did Janklow threaten to kill you if you told anyone about this?
Answer: Yes.
During each of the three attempts to complete this polygraph examination, at least three polygraph charts, herein after called polygrams, were obtained with the above listed relevant questions included.
On each date, that in November 4 and November 5, a stimulation type test was also conducted. In this, Sheldahl, as instructed by the undersigned examiner, deliberately answered
untruthfully one of seven questions, none of which were related to instant issue. Each of these charts produced criteria usually associated with deception, indicating an untruthful answer to the pertinent question.
After careful review of all polygrams, it is the considered opinion that due to the inconsistencies in the patterns portrayed,
no conclusion as to the truthfulness of her answers as set forth herein above can be rendered. The emotions displayed by this subject when questioned regarding the issue were such that she must be
considered untestable at this time.

They made us many promises, more than I can remember.
But they kept but one - They promised to take our
land...and they took it. -- Chief Red Cloud
Tunkashila, Let us stand Coalition strong in protection of our lands, our beliefs, our Sacred Spirituality, and our traditional Indigenous ways of life. We stand in strong support of Indigenous Rights and the Inherent Allodial title of Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota Lands. Let us reclaim what is ours and work diligently to preserve what we now have.

That piece of red, white and blue cloth stands for a system and a country that does not honor it's own word...If it stood for honor and truth, it would remember our treaties and give them the appropriate place under international law. But it doesn't. It dishonors its own word and violates its treaties... In Honor of Tony Black Feather (Died August 11 2004) |
