FROM FEDERAL COURT... Tez Jon Duysak a/k/a Tezcan Ahmet Duysak a/k/a James Shields

Wednesday Feb. 19 2003 US Att'y. James E. McMahon announced that Tez Jon Duysak a/k/a James Shields, 32, St. Francis, appeared before US Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno in Pierre Nov. 27 2002, and pled not guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with assault resulting in serious bodily injury. The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Duysak was indicted by a federal grand jury Nov. 13, 2002. The maximum penalty upon conviction is ten years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine. The charge relates to the alleged Sept. 14, 2002 assault of a Rosebud man in Todd County.

The investigation is being conducted by the Federal Bureau of investigation and the Rosebud Police Dept't., and Ass't. US Att'y. Paul Bachand is prosecuting the case. The defendant was released on bond pending an April 8, 2003, trial.

This website was created to Honor of our Ancestors, our Traditions, Elders and Children, and to provide a future for our generations to come.
That piece of red, white and blue cloth stands for a system and a country that does not honor it's own word...If it stood for honor and truth, it would remember our treaties and give them the appropriate place under international law. But it doesn't. It dishonors its own word and violates its treaties...
