DLN Nation : Tribal and Traditional Government

Syndicated Families

Greetings,

There are many ongoing complaints concerning the way certain Council representatives are "feeding the flames" of corruption here on the reservation. It has been very obvious the way this IRA Howard Wheeler 1934 limited liabilities corporation is failing the Indian People especially here on the Rosebud reservation, currently home to the Sicangu Lakota Oyate. In talks with other leaders of up coming Grass Roots Human and Civil Rights Groups it seems to boil down to the same facts causing these problems among our Indian People. The following agenda is a priority.

1. Demanding a Enrollment Audit.

a. There are white men and their families posing as Indians who have created Mafia style syndicated family, who are using and exploiting Federal Indian appropriated monies, Court system and Law Enforcement.

b. White men and family Ranchers/farmers sitting in Council positions and committees.deregulating Land Policies for their own benefit

2 Alcohol is Major Health and Social Problem

a. Council man selling liquor on reservation, while advocating for friends and relatives to get on commission.

b. Over haul and clean house in committees, and put qualified People on them.

3. Demand outside Federal Investigations in to RICO Act. violations and Laws being broke.

Many Lakotas as well as members of the Dakota,Nakota Nation are looking into breaking away from these corrupt so-called Tribal Corporations which are posing as tribal governments. There are special interest factions such as " Women for Charleys Pocket Change" working to make changes to this Rosebud Sioux Tribes constitution and By laws. This endeavor seems to be only to perpetuate a very bad situation designed to help only them and their counterparts.

The many disenfranchised Lakotas who are not benefiting from this corrupt tribal Corporation are invited to consider breaking away with Our People and develop a Nation which will not only benefit Our Oyates here but in other areas of disenfranchised Indian as well, Many non-Indians and their collaborators in these corrupt tribal corporations will scoff at this Idea.

There are drafts of A more Traditional form of Government Constitutions and by-laws already in existence, we just need the true Oyate of Lakota blood to support this. It is this course of action or How many are seriously considering taking over these tribal Programs and tribal building until those Corrupt individuals who are failing and hurting Our Indian people are held accountable.

Word reaching Our Oyate is that a certain Clique here on the Rosebud is trying to get rid of the Attorney General because he is on the level and Rosebud Sioux Tribes Law suit against Colombe is on the horizon. We are not blind.

Congratulation to the Supporters and Oyate for the Victory on the Hog farm issue.

That piece of red, white and blue cloth stands for a system and a country that does not honor it's own word...If it stood for honor and truth, it would remember our treaties and give them the appropriate place under international law. But it doesn't. It dishonors its own word and violates its treaties...
