9 August 2002 -- Clothing Orders

Greetings, I talked with certain RST Council reps. and there will be a Council meeting to be held on August 14, 2002 there in Rosebud SD. They have been getting allot of flak from various People. I think we can get them to reconsider. They tribe is expecting another" bail out loan" of 7 plus million soon. They Council men I talked to didn't promise, but they said they think that they can get the clothing orders, but it may be a little after school starts. I said that OK since that is the way it happened last year, and its is easier to get the lists of names from the schools.

We have to remember that these are some shysters who are in the pocket of the likes of charley Colombe and Wayne Boyd, ( who are in laws) There both were the BBC gaming or calamut gaming. Charley ripped the casino off here on the Rosebud, Somewhere in the court documents to the tune of $ 886,000 . Now wayne who uses his money he gets from selling beer and liqour to buy his way into office, is sitting on the RST finance committee, and these council men who denied the orders for clothes are in key positions affecting the outcome of the court action by the Tribe to recovery any monies from BBC or Colombe. Taz Duysak( ex-con) is chair of the Judicial committee over the court system.( which employs Brian Collins" faith spotted eagle" and Sherman Marshall we don't trust) loyalto Lionel Bordeaux. Rick Young also a ex con has his sister married to Charley Colombe's son.

So, It is a very sad situation for us here. With these type of individuals in office, Christine Dunham who is a strong supporter of the Hog farm, also voted to deny the orders.

MOTION DEFEATED______________________

The ones who voted yes in this issue are the ones with the self-serving Charley Colombe/Boyd/Bordeaux Clique who passed wine/drugs and money from Council man Wayne Boyds Liquor outlet to get they cronies in to these council positions. These same council people are trying to get into the position to sell beer and hard liquor at this coming Rosebud Sioux Tribe Fair and Rodeo. which is coming in a couple of weeks.
