Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003

The Center for Public Integrity obtained a draft of the above previously undisclosed legislation which is available at their website in PDF form. Click here to go to The Center for Public Integrity for the document in PDF form.

The PDF file however is quite large as the pages are all images at a fairly high resolution and traffic there has been heavy.

A transcription of the document in HTML form is available on this website at this link.

I have also converted the PDF back into individual images and reduced their size to 72 px at 10 by 12 inches which is decent for viewing on a monitor. I would convert them back into a PDF file but it would still be a hefty download for slower connections. So instead below are links to the images integrated with an outline of what is on the pages. The Center for Public Integrity has 5 PDF files of documents at their site. The first pd file is a synopsis of the act and that is what I have converted into images and what is made available below.

They made us many promises, more than I can remember. But they kept but one - They promised to take our land...and they took it. -- Chief Red Cloud
Tunkashila, Let us stand Coalition strong in protection of our lands, our beliefs, our Sacred Spirituality, and our traditional Indigenous ways of life. We stand in strong support of Indigenous Rights and the Inherent Allodial title of Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota Lands. Let us reclaim what is ours and work diligently to preserve what we now have.
End Dakota/Lakota/Nakota Ethnic Cleansing!
This website was created to Honor of our Ancestors, our Traditions, Elders and Children, and to provide a future for our generations to come.
That piece of red, white and blue cloth stands for a system and a country that does not honor it's own word...If it stood for honor and truth, it would remember our treaties and give them the appropriate place under international law. But it doesn't. It dishonors its own word and violates its treaties...
In Honor of Tony Black Feather (Died August 11 2004)
